Return & Replacement Policy

Every Wallspoke piece is custom made to order, printed and produced specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other non-defect reasons.

We do, however, stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we will happily replace it at no cost to you.

Damaged or lost items

You have 30 days after your item is delivered (or expected to be delivered, in the case of a lost shipment) to request a replacement. To start a replacement request, contact us at hello@wallspoke.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the damage and the packaging. This helps us make it right quickly and improve our packing.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

What isn't covered

Because each piece is personalized, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Errors in the details you provided (spelling, location, coordinates, colors, or other customizations)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Please double-check your customization details carefully before ordering, since we produce each piece exactly as submitted.

Refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds except where required by law. If we're unable to fulfill a replacement for a covered damaged or lost item, we'll work with you directly to resolve it.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Because Wallspoke items are custom made to order, they typically fall under this exemption. If you're an EU customer and believe your situation qualifies for cancellation rights, contact us at hello@wallspoke.com and we'll review it with you.
