Shipping Policy
Every Wallspoke piece is custom made to order, so each item is printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.
Production time
Because your piece is made just for you, please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to produce and prepare your order before it ships. This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your custom art.
Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their finished piece in under 10 days from the time they order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package the whole way. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@wallspoke.com.
Delays
While we work hard to hit these timelines, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is running behind, we'll do our best to keep you updated. If you're concerned about a delay, contact us at hello@wallspoke.com and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to change an address once an order has entered production, and we aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
International shipping
We're happy to ship internationally. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive and can be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
