Gift card FAQ
How is the gift card delivered?
By email. Tick "Email it to someone" to send it straight to them, with your note, right after checkout or on a date you pick. Leave it off and it comes to you, so you can print it or pass it on yourself.
What can it be used on?
Anything in the shop: custom maps, route maps, night skies, collages, name prints and every ready-made design, in any size or frame.
What if the order costs more or less than the card?
If the order costs more, they pay the difference at checkout. If it costs less, the rest stays on the card for a future order.
How do they redeem it?
They design their print, go to checkout and enter the gift card code in the discount or gift card field.
Can I change the delivery date or email?
Get in touch with your order number and we will update it for you before it sends.
